Engineered to defy the odds, the Maxlite® Air Carry-on Expandable Hardside Spinner is ultra-lightweight with heavy-duty resilience and organization built-in.
Despite its light-as-air feel, this carry-on packs a punch when it comes to protection. The crack-resistant polycarbonate shell is beyond strong but flexible enough to absorb impact if dropped with a stylish finish that deflects visible wear. Upgraded inner corner guards are reinforced to resist damage in high-impact areas, and an integrated TSA lock tells thieves to take a hike.
Inside, smart organization and sustainability unite. ECOFAB™ lining, made from recycled plastic bottles (Approx. 9.5 bottles), is treated with H2O guard for added moisture resistance. Two zippered divider panels and a built-in accessory pocket keep things in place, and when you need more space, the expansion zipper makes room.

This is a great piece of luggage! Right out of the box, I was impressed by how lightweight it is without sacrificing durability — it feels solid and well-made. I really appreciate the design inside, too. Both compartments zip closed, which keeps everything secure even if something shifts or comes unzipped during travel. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. The exterior has a sleek, professional look with a nice matte finish — subtle but sharp. It doesn’t feel as abrasive or bulky as some other luggage I’ve used. It’s also sized just right for its category — spacious without being oversized. And the wheels? Unreal. They’re so smooth it feels like the bag glides on its own. Definitely one of the easiest bags I’ve rolled through an airport. All in all, I’m really happy with it. Solid buy.

I’m a Travelpro fan for life. I have the original Maxlite Air and recently received the V2. At first glance, other than the sleek pattern being slightly different, nothing else seemed different. I was very wrong, the V2 has better storage and expands even more! My husband, who never uses hard-side suitcases, even said he would use this one. The bag itself is lightweight and durable. The design is perfect for business or leisure travel. Maxlight Air V2 for the win!
Must have travel luggage
The original version was great but now the upgraded version is even better. The optional space expander is great upgrade. The lightweight feature has always been a game changer for the Maxlite. Recommend to all types of travelers.
